Donations made through this platform are voluntary contributions aimed at facilitating the NGO's educational, health, environmental, and developmental projects.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete identification details, including your Permanent Account Number (PAN), which is required by statutory guidelines to process 80G tax benefit certificates.
• Exclusion of Commercial Value: Donations are made as one-way contributions and do not imply any exchange of equity, goods, services, or commercial benefits.
• Security: All payments are processed through safe, industry-standard third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). The NGO does not intercept or store your credit/debit card credentials.

4. Membership & Volunteer Accounts

To register as an annual, youth, or life member of the Hanfi Foundation, you must create a user profile and provide authentic verification documentation.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard login password. Any actions executed through your account remain your direct responsibility.
• Access: The NGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership profiles and access to the dashboard if a user is found guilty of misusing the membership card, presenting fraudulent documents, or committing acts that tarnish the public reputation of the NGO.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, layout elements, visual graphics, source code, logos, trademarks, and media assets published on this Website belong exclusively to the Hanfi Foundation or are licensed to us, and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may download, copy, or print specific document reports (such as annual audit sheets or certificates) strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, sell, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Website layout without written consent from the board of directors.
