This Code of Conduct reflects the principles that guide our Board of Trustees, employees, volunteers, interns, consultants, partners, and anyone representing the Foundation. Anti-Corruption & Integrity

Representatives of Hanfi Foundation shall never:

Misuse Foundation funds or assets.
Engage in fraud or corruption.
Use their position for personal gain.
Falsify records or reports.

All financial and operational decisions must be transparent, lawful, and properly documented.

Financial Stewardship

We recognize that every donation represents the trust of our supporters. Accordingly, we are committed to:

Conflict of Interest

Individuals must avoid situations where personal interests could influence professional responsibilities. Any actual, perceived, or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed promptly to the appropriate authority within the Foundation.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

Confidential information entrusted to Hanfi Foundation must be protected. Members shall respect the privacy of beneficiaries, donors, volunteers, employees, and partners, using personal information only for legitimate organizational purposes.

Responsible Communication

Share only accurate and verified information.
Respect the dignity and privacy of beneficiaries.
Obtain appropriate consent before publishing photographs or personal stories.
Refrain from making unauthorized public statements.
Use social media responsibly and professionally.

Health, Safety & Environment

We are committed to safe working environments and sustainable practices. Every member shall follow safety procedures, report hazards immediately, and minimize waste to respect environmental sustainability.

Political Neutrality

Hanfi Foundation is an independent, non-partisan, and non-political organization. Foundation resources, programs, and platforms shall not be used to support or oppose any political party, candidate, or campaign.

Reporting Concerns

Anyone who becomes aware of misconduct, fraud, corruption, harassment, abuse, child safeguarding issues, or financial dishonesty is encouraged to report it promptly. All reports are handled confidentially, and the Foundation strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone raising concerns in good faith.

Compliance & Discipline

Every trustee, employee, volunteer, intern, consultant, and partner is responsible for understanding and complying with this Code of Conduct.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, termination of association, or legal action where appropriate.
