Restoring Green Cover: 10,000 Saplings Planted
"Your donations aren't just funds; they represent new opportunities, safety, and empowerment. Read how the Hanfi community made this impact possible."
Environmental degradation and deforesting have severely impacted soil fertility and groundwater tables across dry regions. In response, the youth wing of Hanfi Foundation launched a community afforestation drive in early 2026. Together with local school students, farmers, and environmental volunteers, we planted 10,000 indigenous saplings including Neem, Banyan, and Mango trees. To ensure survival, we set up drip-irrigation systems and assigned guardians for each section. This collective action has revitalized local ecological awareness and will help combat soil erosion for generations to come.
