Our programmes address all aspects of menstrual health and hygiene including access to affordable and appropriate menstrual hygiene products and having supportive facilities and services, including water, sanitation and hygiene facilities; access to timely diagnosis, treatment and care for menstrual cycle-related discomforts and disorders; a supportive environment where menstruation can be managed without embarrassment or stigma; access to accurate and timely knowledge and education about menstruation.
As lack of proper menstrual information and hygiene however can pose serious health risks like reproductive and urinary tract infections. Therefore promoting safe and dignified menstruation.
